How to use Fast and Free Merge Your PDFs tool
Merging multiple PDF files into a single document is now easier than ever with our free, browser-based PDF merger tool. Follow the steps below to combine your PDF files seamlessly without needing any software or uploading your private documents online.
Step 1: Upload Your PDF Files
Click on the upload area or drag and drop your PDF files directly into the tool. You can select multiple files at once. The tool accepts files in .pdf format only, and each file you upload will be listed with an automatic number (1, 2, 3...) to indicate its position in the merged document.
Step 2: Check the File Order
Once your files are uploaded, the tool will automatically assign a number to each file based on the order they were selected. This number represents the sequence in which the files will appear in the final merged PDF. Currently, the tool does not allow drag-and-drop rearrangement, so make sure you upload the files in your desired order.
Step 3: Merge the Files
After uploading at least two PDF files, the “Merge & Download” button will become active. Simply click on it to combine all your selected files into a single PDF. The tool works entirely within your browser, so no data is uploaded or stored anywhere — ensuring 100% privacy and security.
Step 4: Download the Final Merged PDF
Once the merging process is complete, the new combined PDF will be automatically downloaded to your device. The file will be named merged.pdf by default. You can now use, share, or archive this document as needed.
Privacy Note
This tool is built using client-side JavaScript and works entirely offline in your browser. Your PDFs never leave your device, and no server uploads or third-party APIs are involved. It's fast, secure, and perfect for personal or professional use.
